THE 72
THE LORD APPOINTED 72 OTHERS…
The Brotherhood of The 72 is an outreach apostolate of the Catholic Men's Ministry. It is an initiative meant to find, develop and support men to participate in evangelization and discipleship efforts in their parishes and throughout the Diocese.

Watch an invitation from Matt Palmer, CMM Board President, and Dan Lorenz, President of Realize Your Calling for men to become part of this powerful movement and brotherhood.
"After this, the Lord appointed seventy-two others whom he sent ahead of him in pairs to every town and place he intended to visit. He said to them, "The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send laborers for his harvest. Go on your way; behold, I am sending you like lambs among wolves." - Luke 10: 1-3
THE HARVEST IS ABUNDANT
The call to be saints is meant for everyone, and the desire by men to grow in their faith and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ is strong and abundant. The Mission of the 72 is to help find men on fire for Christ, and provide them the opportunity – through resources and brotherhood – to grow in faith through fellowship. Iron sharpens iron.
THE LABORERS ARE FEW
Believe it or not, you are already part of The Mission of The 72 if you do anything to develop your own faith or strengthen the faith of others. We want you to formalize that participation and join us – with as little or as much effort as you are able or willing to give. Providing men with the opportunity to grow their faith and deepen relationships with Christ as well as each other is part of the call to be saints, and providing resources for this discipleship is an effort we call Continuing the Conversation.

DEVELOPED TO STRENGTHEN MEN
The initiative is designed to maintain support in the form of materials and resources as well as events to foster and encourage brotherhood and fellowship. Events in the form of half-day retreats, "Sharpening Sessions" and information presentations will be provided quarterly to help men along their faith journey.
