CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION
BEYOND THE CONFERENCE…
The Catholic Men’s Ministry is dedicated to helping men encounter Jesus on a personal, intimate level by providing resources and events meant to strengthen your relationship with Jesus Christ.

As a result, Continue The Conversation is the Catholic Men's Ministry outreach initiative, and an invitation aimed at equipping you in your faith life journey throughout the rest of the year – in your home, parish, place of work, and community at large.
It is not designed to compete with parish program offerings or those recommended by our diocese in the parish tool kit. Rather, Continue The Conversation is designed to supplement and reinforce those offerings and resources.
Watch a Continue the Conversation presentation given at the 2023 Men's Conference:
THREE PILLARS
Continue the Conversation is founded on 3 pillars: Build • Form • Live, and designed to be complementary to existing faith resources.
BUILD • FORM • LIVE
START WITH BUILD…
We aim to help strengthen your relationship with Christ and each other through new resource offerings designed to help us walk together as brothers in Christ to include mini-men’s conferences and retreats.
NEXT IS FORM…
With an emphasis on formation, we hope to stimulate an increase in faith through daily prayer, adoration, sacraments, scripture study, ongoing catechesis, promoting parish offerings like TMIY, and through faithful speakers and presentations.
THEN WE LIVE…
Building a relationship with Jesus Christ and forming our faith positions us to LIVE a life of missionary discipleship by serving others - to be a light in the world, being an ambassador for Christ, sharing the faith, and witnessing to the Gospel through virtuous living.
It has been said, the quickest way to Jesus is through Mary. We will continue to support devotions to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary along with other Men’s Ministry Offerings.
Through various faith formation experiences and spiritual habits, we learn how the Lord speaks to each of us, hearing God’s still, small voice, drawing closer to Jesus Christ – forming our faith – saying "yes" to our Lord each day.
Whether it is feeding the hungry, clothing the poor, visiting the lonely, coaching youth sports, or sharing with someone at work that you went to mass on Sunday, there are many ways in which we can be a light in this world.
PARISH CAPTAINS
A LEADERSHIP MODEL…
Part of the Mission of Catholic Men's Ministry is bringing men to Christ by providing them with the resources they need to meet them on their faith path and take them further. In doing so, we incorporate a model of leaders that we call "Parish Captains."
These are men who have volunteered to be leaders within their parish to help grow their own Men's Ministry and programs, and to assist Catholic Men's Ministry throughout the year with their efforts in the Diocese.
BECOMING INVOLVED
If you would like to know who your Parish Captain team is, or would like to become one, please contact us and let us know your interest. Please note that these volunteer positions are based upon whatever time and talent you can provide – and are welcomed no matter how much or how little you are able to give!

EVENTS TO ENCOURAGE & EVANGELIZE
We will host 2 Men’s Mini-Conferences throughout the year to support our main, Catholic Men's Conference.
These half-day events are filled with fellowship, speakers, and sacraments on a Saturday and timed to avoid conflict with TMIY programs.

In addition, we will join our partners and other affiliates in weekend, retreats, programs and other offerings as they become available. We encourage men to follow our email notifications as well as check back often on our schedule page as well as here to stay updated.
